Note to Allan Joyce

If Qantas want to work out why passenger numbers are declining they could start with

1) making sure that when you specify a child's meal they have one for you.

2) the entertainment system works in every seat (Carole's headphones only worked in one ear and the whole system crashed an hour before we arrived in Singapore).

3) avoiding back to back flight delays due to catering issues and "technical difficulties"

Not major things but collectively it leaves an impression.
